BURSTING CAPS
A particular advantage associated with the use of bursting caps is the secure fitting. Only one cap can be inserted over the application at a time.
Bursting caps have a 1 to 3 mm edging, dependent on design and are pressed down over a threaded plug (as illustrated below), which should be equipped with the correct bursting geometrics.
Application example
In the case of this type of bursting discs, the bursting geometries are to be precisely specified by the customer or exactly defined together with the customer. Our Technical Service will be glad to assist in this respect.
All caps can be printed on the bottom or top side according to customer specifications. The use of a customer logo is also possible.

Bursting pressure range: 10 - 500 bar (145 - 7250 psi)
